Named for the family brass band, Keyneton Euphonium is a symphonic blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc from Henschke’s Barossa and Eden Valley vineyards. The 2021 vintage sings with vibrant notes of blackberry, plum, cassis and spice, carried on a silky, finely structured palate. Harmonious and expressive, this elegant red is a masterclass in balance and complexity. Pairs wonderfully with slow-cooked lamb, charcuterie, mushroom ragu, or blue cheeses like Gorgonzola.
