Franz Haas Pinot Grigio, 75cl

This delicious Pinot Grigio is produced by the Haas family, who have been growing grapes in Montagna in the Alto Adige for generations.

The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks followed by large oak casks with lots of lees contact. The resulting wine is fragrant, intense and elegant.

This is a serious Pinot Grigio, with an intense straw-yellow colour, a floral bouquet of sage, hay, almonds and sandalwood. With time in bottle, notes of honey and lime blossom develop. The palate is fresh and medium-bodied with great finesse and elegance. An ideal combination for first courses such as pasta or risotto, vegetable dishes and a wide range of grilled or roasted white meats.
