Ronchi di Cialla Schioppettino RiNera, 75cl

Ronchi di Cialla’s RiNera is crafted from Schioppettino grown in two estate-owned vineyards in Friuli, carefully selected for altitude and exposure. Fermented in stainless steel with controlled temperatures, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation before a portion is matured in barrel for added depth, followed by a year of bottle ageing. Ruby red and finely poised, it displays aromas of red berries with touches of green and black pepper. The palate is elegant and vibrant, with gentle tannins, fresh acidity and a long, satisfying finish. Versatile at the table, it works equally well with roasted red or white meats, grilled tuna, or served lightly chilled as an aperitif.
