Fortnum's X Whittakers Exclusive English Single Malt Whisky Palo Cortado, 70cl

Exclusive to Fortnum's, Whittaker Single Malt English whisky is the first ever whisky to be produced in the Yorkshire dales. Their family-owned and run distillery, built on Harewell House farm in Nidderdale, uses barley grown and malted in Yorkshire, Harewell spring water and yeast. Traditional copper pot stills are used, along with a hand-mash and long fermentation. The distilled spirit is matured on the farm in individually selected, premium casks and bottled there to create the ultimate whisky with true authenticity and provenance.
