A world first for Fortnum’s and an exclusive collaboration with Fielden, this single cask release is limited to just 290 bottles. Matured in an ex-red wine American Oak barrel that’s been shaved, toasted, and recharred, this cask-strength whisky offers floral and herbaceous notes, layered with flaky pastry, chestnut, and tart apple, leading to a chilli and peppercorn finish with hints of leather.

Fielden’s commitment to regenerative farming and heritage grains shines through in every sip. With 75% ancient English Rye, this is not your typical rye whisky - expect a grassy, floral character with sappy sweetness and an incredible texture. On the palate, sweet spice, toffee, orange marmalade, and apricot meet a nutty, chewy depth, culminating in a long, well-balanced finish. Best enjoyed neat, in a rocks glass, or with a few drops of mineral water to open up its full complexity.
