Fortnum's Pinot Grigio delle Venezie, Fattori, 75cl

The Fattori estate, nestled on the steep vineyard hillsides outside Verona, combines generations of family viticulture with a progressive eye towards sustainability. Antonio Fattori oversees vineyards and vinification with a gentle approach in the cellar. Our Pinot Grigio comes from vineyards in Fruili, the source of some of Italy's finest Pinot Grigio. It is crisp and expressive, displaying pear, citrus and orchard fruit with generous concentration. It pairs beautifully with light seafood, pasta dishes or antipasti. Jasmine Hortop's illustration reflects the local landscape around the family’s home near Verona, while the balcony is a nod to Romeo & Juliet.

Tasting Note
Our Pinot Grigio is made by renowned winemaker Antonio Fattori, in eastern Friuli. This is an expressive and concentrated Pinot Grigio, benefitting from the maritime influences of the Adriatic and cooling alpine winds. Juicy and generous with peach, citrus and a kiss of honeydew.
