Fortnum's English Rosé, 75cl

Fortnum's English rosé is a delicious blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. Made by former Cloudy Bay winemaker Nick Lane near Canterbury in Kent, he and his team have access to some of the UK's best vineyards, with fruit for this wine primarily sourced from growers in Kent and Suffolk. A bright, delicately hued English rosé with notes of wild strawberry, cranberry and red apple. The palate is crisp and finely textured, balancing juicy red berries with mouth-watering freshness. It pairs beautifully with smoked salmon, summer salads, charcuterie, or prawns with mayonnaise. The label reflects this easy-going English wine, with a nod to summer garden parties and bold deckchair stripes.
