Azienda Agricola Casaretti is a small, family estate near the eastern shores of Lake Garda, managed by third generation Stefano Rosso. The lake’s moderating influence and alpine breezes create a long, even ripening season, ideal for local varieties Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. Farming is traditional and low-intervention, while in the winery, gentle extraction preserves Bardolino's characteristic lightness and perfume. This delicately aromatic wine has notes of raspberry, wild strawberry and red apple, combined with a savoury minerality. It would make a great match for charcuterie, particularly salami or prosciutto. Jasmine Hortop's whimsical illustration portrays the lakeside in a romantic way with a hint of nostalgia — a nod to the Golden Age of Hollywood.
