This delicious and refreshing white wine from northern Portugal is made exclusively for Fortnum’s by Adega de Monção, the Minho region’s cooperative, which was founded in 1958 and has been a Fortnum’s partner since the 2016 vintage. The wine, a blend of the indigenous Alvarinho and Trajadura varieties, is aromatic yet crisp and juicy, with refreshing notes of lime and green apple. It will make a perfect match for shellfish, barbecued vegetables, summer salads and grilled fish.
