Picked from the foothills of the Himalayas, our Darjeeling BrokenOrange Pekoe has a vivid, coppery infusion. Equally drinkable with or without milk, the fragrant tea pairs well with fresh apples, apricots or grapes, and is also a delicious companion to a curry.
Brewing the Perfect Cup
- 1 Rounded Tea Spoon (2 grams)
- Add freshly-boiled water
- Brew for 3-5 minutes

Best-enjoyed black, our Rose Pouchong is made by interleaving rose petals with black tea as it dries. A few are left in for decoration, too. Subtle and drinkable, it pairs superbly with milk chocolate, gamey meats and fresh fish.
