Sparkling Tea is a new innovative drinks category developed by the Danish award winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba.
GRØN is based on 7 teas. Green and white teas, along with lemongrass. Hints of nectarine and fresh, herbal notes on the nose open up to a palate of peach and a touch of mint. On the finish there is a delicious suggestion of residual sugar which provides the balance to entice the next sip.
Food pairing: A perfect aperitif; savoury hors d’ouvres, smoked fish.
