Copenhagen Organic Sparkling Tea RØD, 75cl, 5% ABV

Sparkling Tea is a new, innovative drinks category, developed by the Danish award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba. RØD is based on 10 teas, including hibiscus, white and black.

Aromas of red berry fruits and raspberry leaf precede a beautifully balanced palate of earthy Assam and baked red apple. Elegant and delicately poised, this sparkling tea pairs perfectly with sweet desserts and works particularly well with ginger, spice and dark sugar. Best enjoyed at 5°C in a champagne flute.
