A family owned, British field-to-bottle distillery, Chase has been creating luxury spirits from their farm in Herefordshire since 2008. It is an entirely family affair; with Will’s older sons Harry and James working within the business. Harry manages Chase Farm and farms 300 acres of potatoes, which are grown on a 5-year crop rotation, and James works as their Global Brand Ambassador, educating customers and consumers about Chase’s field-to-bottle philosophy.
