Audemus Pink Pepper Gin, 70cl

Based in Cognac, France, Audemus is the story of two Spirits, Miko Abouaf and Ian Spink. They met over soup, and share a love of creativity, adventure and alcohol.

Exclusive to Fortnum’s, Pink Pepper Gin is an entirely unique, intense and aromatic spirit – one that will age and evolve both in the bottle and in the glass. At first, the fresher, spicy botanicals are prominent; Pink Pepper, Juniper and Cardamom. When the liquid is diluted or chilled, it evolves and reveals notes of patisserie; Vanilla, Tonka and Honey come to the forefront. On the palate, the gin is full-bodied and intensely aromatic, thus it is perfect for sipping neat or in cocktails – and makes a perfect G&T.
