Using locally foraged and sustainable botanicals such as lavender, coriander, bay leaf and lime peel, Cotswolds distillery have produced a gin that is crisp and refreshing. With fresh lime and grapefruit notes on the nose, this is echoed on the palate with the extra hint of Cotswolds lavender.
