Charles Heidsieck Brut Millésimé 2008 is a blend of ten Grands Crus and Premiers Crus meticulously selected by the House, expressing magnificent minerality, intensity and acidity. Blended from 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, this exceptional cuvée was aged for ten years in our Gallo-Roman Crayères (chalk cellars) and already displays all the elegance and power of an outstanding vintage.
Food Pairing: With taut minerality, complexity and a generous, creamy texture, Millésimé 2008 pairs well with food from the sea; think lobster tartare, scallop with chopped parsley and basil or shrimp tempura.
