Harvested by hand in October, this refined Sparkling Wine by Chapel Down is bursting with the rich aromas of melon and peach with hints of butter and toast. The Kit's Coty Blanc de Blancs has undergone malolactic fermentation and a small proportion of the blend was matured in the barrel before being left to age on its lees for three years before release.

Expect well integrated oak notes, balanced by the tropical fruit which leads to freshness on the palate. It’s a wine to elevate any occasion and is best enjoyed with shellfish and white fish.
