Bowmore 21 Year Old Sherry Oak Cask, 70cl

Finished in first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry casks after long ageing in ex-Bourbon and Oloroso oak, this 21 Year Old is deeply layered and expressive. The nose opens with tobacco, leather and ginger, alongside sweet treacle and a hint of beeswax. On the palate, it’s broad and textured, with rich toffee, barbecued meat, cinnamon and nutmeg, balanced by notes of red berries and a gentle coastal smokiness. A long, spiced finish brings it all together - complex but harmonious from start to end.
