A revival of a historic style, Pardusco was once the name given to Portugal’s light, low-alcohol reds that aged well and travelled even better. This modern interpretation by Anselmo Mendes stays true to its roots, offering freshness and elegance in every glass.

Made from Alvarelhão, Pedral, and Cainho grapes, it is hand-harvested at peak ripeness, de-stemmed, and cold-macerated before undergoing a long, controlled fermentation at low temperatures. A complete malolactic fermentation adds roundness while preserving its vibrant character.

Pale ruby in colour, it opens with aromas of ripe red berries and a subtle mineral note. Bright acidity and a delicate structure make it a versatile pairing for cured cheeses and white meats like duck or turkey. Best served slightly chilled.

Please note, this product contains the allergen sulphites.
