Viña Zorzal Sea of Dreams White Navarra, 75cl

Made by Viña Zorzal in Navarra, Sea of Dreams White is an organically farmed blend of Viura and Garnacha Blanca sourced from limestone and clay soils in the village of Fitero. The Viura ferments in concrete egg and rests on its lees, while the Garnacha Blanca ferments in stainless steel before ageing in neutral oak, adding gentle texture. Bottled without fining or filtration, the wine is aromatic and layered. Notes of almond, tarragon and lemon lead into a palate of mandarin, baked pear and subtle savoury depth, with an oily texture and long, extending finish. Suitable for vegans, this expressive white pairs beautifully with roasted vegetables, seafood, creamy pasta dishes or grilled poultry.
