Fortnum & Mason and Champagne Billecart Salmon have selected this unique cuvée from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. This Brut Champagne is created using the ‘Rosé assemblance’ method to obtain maximum elegance and finesse. It has been aged in Mareuil-sur-Ay and released at its optimum maturity.

Pair with our irresistible Chocolate Heartbreaker – one side features a shell of fine dark chocolate from Colombia, filled with single origin milk chocolate ganache and crunchy honeycomb pieces.
