Taittinger remains one of the few Champagne Houses to remain owned and actively managed by the family. The hallmark of the Taittinger Champagnes is the high percentage of Chardonnay which lends the style to one of elegance, delicacy and finesse. A deep yellow with golden highlights, Taittinger's Les Folies de la Marquetterie is a cuvée produced exclusively from grapes grown at the Folies, picked after the first “green” harvest, giving the wine optimum sweetness and aromatic maturity. An elegant aperitif, delicious when served with our lightly cured Smoked Salmon.
