Strawberry & Champagne Preserve Amphora 890g

This favourite among English jams uses two types of strawberry: sweet and juicy Murano and Camarosas, which remain whole during cooking and add a pleasing texture to the finished jam. Then to add to the excitement, we stir in a modest helping of Fortnum’s champagne and Marc de Champagne, which together add both flavour and effervescence. It’s so good that you’ll want more – so we poured it into a huge amphora to ensure that there’s enough to go round.
