This preserve contains a generous helping of both Fortnum’s champagne and Marc de Champagne, stirred gently into each jar after cooking. Made with sweet rather than Seville oranges, this luxurious marmalade will give your breakfast toast a bit of a lift. To do justice to this fine preserve, we’ve poured it into a huge amphora that will take pride of place in the centre of the breakfast table.
