Made with the Cathliro collective's signature ‘Guadalcanal’ blend of hand-sorted Criollo and Trinitario varietal cacao beans, this rich 70% cocoa bar is patiently crafted in small batches, and promises bold notes of plum, Medjool dates and cherry.
Founded in 2009, Cathliro works with more than 200 farmers in villages across the Solomon Islands to produce a variety of exceptional cacao beans, all of which can be traced back to the farmer. Passionate about the preservation of local farming knowledge and traditions, most of the farms working with Cathliro are family-run, with every family member playing an important role in maintaining and sustaining the farm.
Self-taught Solomon Islands artist Casper Hairiu’s rare talent has taken him from drawing in the sand in Malaita Province to creating extraordinary works on canvas. A creative and ambitious artist, he now resides in the capital city, Honiara.
A colourful reflection of the importance of Panpipe music in Are’are culture, the work featured on this bar – titled 'My Culture My Life' – celebrates the unifying power of creativity, and the enduring importance of love and peace.

Made with Acriollado and Criollo beans from Guatemala, this small batch 55% cocoa bar has been crafted by the DeLaSelva cooperative using traditional and time-honoured sorting, roasting and grinding process, to allow the fudgy character and delicious notes of toasted marshmallow and muscovado sugar in each bean to fully unfurl.
A fair-trade business founded in 2019, DeLaSelva helps indigenous Q’eqchi’ farmers to preserve and protect Guatemala’s exceptional cacao varietals. As well as generating valuable income and providing food security for the farmers and the families, the estate is helping to preserve the unique cloud forest of the Sierra de las Minas biosphere reserve, and protecting the local habitat of the rare Quetzal bird.
An acclaimed visual artist whose work has been exhibited both in his native Indonesia and beyond, Kus Budiyanto’s bold and colourful work explores social and cultural subjects: referencing everything from childhood adventures, to Javanese folklore and traditions.
Representing an individual’s desire for knowledge, the artwork featured on this bar's packaging – ‘Seribu Mata’, which translates as ‘1000 Eyes’ – conveys the idea that our pursuit of greater understanding is not a formality, but a lifelong journey towards happiness and fulfilment.
“Each made in small batches with exceptional care, in partnership with a supplier who shares our commitment to quality and sustainability, the four bars in the range each offer a delicious and distinctive flavour profile – and I really love that we’ve been able to work with an artist from each country on the packaging, which is also fully recyclable.”

Made with hand-sorted Trinitario beans grown in the heart of Indonesia’s West Sumba region, this wonderfully rich 80% cocoa bar delivers a wonderfully crisp caramel sweetness, alongside tart notes of lemon curd and gooseberry.
Founded in the early 1990s, when 815 hectares of grazing land was transformed into an agroforestry cacao farm, this wonderful bar hails from Raphio Chocolate’s Ghaura estate – a transformative location which has helped to transform the working and personal futures of the families living there.
As well as an on-site medical facility, the estate is also home to a school, which has provided a pathway for many worker’s children to pursue professional careers – including as doctors and lawyers.
