Every rose petal is grown in the family orchard, handpicked in the balmy evenings of summer when their perfume is at its most vivid. Carefully cooked in small batches and combined with sweet lychee, the petals are then hand-spun, jarred and packed by hand for Fortnum’s. A fragrant, floral spread that captures the beauty of a summer’s orchard in every spoonful.
