St James Christmas Pudding, 907g
The light and elegant Fortnum's St James Christmas Pudding contains the finest dried fruits as well as a well-judged quantity of Pusser’s Full-Strength Navy Rum and Fortnum’s own cognac, which is softer on the palate than ordinary cooking brandy. Handmade from the measuring of the ingredients to the packaging of the bowl, this will please even those who aren’t wild about Christmas pudding. This year we have removed Palm Oil from the St James Christmas Pudding, moving away from Vegetable Suet introducing Sunflower Oil.
Vine Fruits (34%) (Turkish Raisins, Turkish Sultanas, South African Currants, Sunflower Oil), Muscovado Sugar (Sugar, Molasses), Sunflower Oil, Pasteurised Free Range Egg, Stoneground Wholemeal Flour (Wheat Flour (Gluten)), Candied Citrus Peel (Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Salt, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour (Gluten), Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Salt, Yeast), Fortnum & Mason Cognac (3.5%), Pasteurised Whole Milk, Almonds (2%), Lemon Zest, Single Cream (Milk), Pussars Navy Rum (0.8%), Orange Juice From Concentrate, Ground Nutmeg, Ground Cinnamon, Mixed Spice, Black Treacle, Sea Salt.
