Ingredients: Tea Ceylon Uva St. James Pekoe Lightly coloured in the cup; very crisp dry and refreshing with a classic pronounced seasonal Uva character highly fragrant and pronounced wintergreen character. Brew at 100C for 5 minutes. Best served without milk. Kenya Kangaita Large twisted leaf with some golden tip, selected to give optimum flavour. Golden in the cup, with a clean, crisp flavour. Very refreshing, ideal at any time of day. Brew at 100C for 1-3 minutes. Can be served with or without milk. Assam Hattialli GTGFOP A beautiful large leaf Assam, with chunky leaves and an abundance of tips. It has a dark, full-bodied liquor and distinctive spicy aroma. Brew at 100C for 5 minutes. Best served with a splash of milk Ceylon New Vithanakande FBOPF1 Extra Special When brewed, the tea produces a wonderful bright russet infusion and possesses a rich honey and caramel aroma and flavour. Brew at 100C for 3-4 minutes. Best served without milk. Daokrajai Tea with Lemongrass, Thailand When infused, the tea has a subtle lemon taste owing to the addition of lemongrass in the blend. Brew at 100C for 5 minutes. Best served with a splash of milk Leaves may only be brewed once Menghai Ripe Puer Mini Tuocha This is a ripe, or cooked Puer, which has gone through a secondary fermentation process after the original picking and drying of the leaves. This gives it a dark colour and rich slightly earthy flavour. Brew at 90-95C for 3-5 minutes Leaves may be brewed several times Imperial Jasmine Green Tea Fine quality green tea scented with Jasmine. Light and fragrant, can be infused many times. Brew at 900C for 2-3 minutes Leaves may be brewed several times Fuding White Peony King The liquor is clean and very mellow, with a more golden colour and richer flavour than normal Bai Mu Dan. Brew at 98C for 1-3 minutes Leaves may be rebrewed three times Jasmine Fairy China Flowering Tea Hand-made jasmine fairy blooming tea is from Fujian province; using the top grade of tea buds from Da Bai Hao tea trees, hand-crafted with marigold & jasmine flowers. Double Dragon Pearl China Flowering Tea Hand-made double dragon pearl blooming tea is from Fujian province; by using the top grade of tea buds from Da Bai Hao tea trees, it is hand-crafted with Globe Amaranth, Marigold and Jasmine flowers. Margaret's Hope Special Muscatel - Darjeeling Second Flush Small twisted leaf, dark brown, a bit of silver tip. Golden liquor with a pronounced classic muscatel character. Brew at 100C for 4-5 minutes. Best served without milk Dong Ding Oolong Light and sweet, the flavour deepens with successive infusions Brew at 100C for 3-5 minutes. Leaves may be brewed several times
