Pol Roger Vintage is made from a blend of at least 60% Pinot Noir and up to 40% Chardonnay from 20 Grands and Premier Crus vineyards. With a lengthy eight years spent ageing in the cellars of Pol Roger, this excellent Champagne has developed a complexity and finesse associated with great wine.
Elegant and rich with balanced notes of citrus, stone fruits and brioche. It is particularly irresistible with chicken and chanterelle mushroom velouté.
