Pol Roger Pure NV, 75cl

The newest addition to the range is this bone-dry, light and typically elegant blend of Pinots Meunier, Noir and Chardonnay. The refreshing streak of minerality running through its core provides its point of difference and yet it is noticeably more approachable than many of the extra dry styles to be found on the market. A great match for shell fish.
