Cheddar with Asparagus Piccalilli & Smoked Cheese Straws
A good-aged, crumbly Cheddar is certainly a crowd-pleaser, especially one that is slathered with this sweet, tangy Asparagus Piccalilli that cuts into the saltiness of the cheese. Alongside these Smoked Cheese Straws dipped into the Piccalilli, you’ll be onto a winner with this pairing. Full of salty, smoked, tangy goodness.
Rarebit Truffle with Red Ale & Mustard Mayonnaise & Fresh Bread
If you are a sucker for melted cheese on toast, this Rarebit Truffle takes it to another level with the introduction of the truffle. And with its warm, delicate hints of umami, the addition of the Red Ale & Mustard Mayonnaise adds a little fresh pepperiness to round off the dish.

Stilton with Damson Cheese & Walnut & Seed Crackers
The union of blue cheese, damson and walnut is a classic. Stilton is renowned for its sweet, creamy flavours and pointy, acidic notes towards its cracks of blue, so by pairing it with the tart, sweetness of the Damson Cheese and Walnut & Seed Crackers it’s utterly moreish.
Goat’s Cheese with Truffle Honey & Charcoal & Cumin Crackers
This flavour-packed pairing evokes fine images of late evenings and roaring log fires. The Charcoal & Cumin Crackers have a deep woody flavour to them, lifted by the fresh lactic notes of the Goat's Cheese, both of which are cut in two by the rich, heady flavours of the sweet Truffle Honey.
