Handmade at every stage, Highgrove's Organic Christmas Pudding is bursting with deliciously plump fruit, brandy and almonds, as well as a healthy glug of David Ramnoux Cognac. This traditional Christmas dessert is made with flour from local wheat milled at Shipton Mill, close to the Highgrove Estate in Somerset. Brown sugar and black treacle add breadth, while the cognac brandy heightens the fully fruited character of the pudding. Pair with Highgrove Organic Brandy Butter for a sweet, boozy kick.
