Layering notes of hickory smoke and barbecue, this rum shows a gentle touch of brine over a buttery, rich-caramel profile. Time in the glass brings a little more peat to the fore, along with salted caramel, popcorn, thick fruit esters and spice. A superb sipping spirit to rival the best rum and single malt alike.
