This Gran Reserva was aged for 26 months in American oak and then a further 36 months in bottle before release. It was well worth the wait, to judge from the elegant secondary fruit notes, the cedary oak and the amazing longevity en boca. Dark red cherry in color. Complex and powerful nose. It offers up a splendid and seductive perfume of dark red fruit, floral notes, cigar box and truffle. It shows an impressive muscular appearance accompanied by a beautiful bouquet, remarkable intensity of fruit, and impeccable balance, it complements all game, cured ham and cheeses
