Our genuine, single variety, pure batch Manuka honey hails from a single apiary in New Zealand. A perfect example of high-strength Manuka, this earthy, woody and robust honey builds to a character finish, rich with subtly bitter menthol notes. Tawny in colour with a slightly crunchy texture, this special honey is sustainably produced and fully traceable.

Deliciously versatile, enjoy a spoonful on its own, in hot water with lemon, as part of a salad dressing, or simply drizzled over porridge or yoghurt. Best served without heating or warming to maintain the purity of the honey.

All of our honey is proudly single-origin, minimally filtered and completely pure - never blended and never pasteurised.

Crystallisation is a natural process in honey – should it occur, gently warm the bottle in hot water.
