Cloudy, light and wonderfully refreshing, Sottoriva Col Fondo Prosecco is a unique sparkling made in the nearly lost traditional method of spontaneous re-fermentation. Made in the bottle with no added yeast or sugar, it is dry, light and delicate in aroma and on the palate, while the mousse is light and naturally uplifting. This is wine of pure simple enjoyment and unpretentious drinkability. We recommend allowing it to settle in the bottle upright for an hour before popping the cap.
