Langhe Nebbiolo, Vietti, 75cl

Vietti’s ‘Perbacco’ is a vibrant expression of Nebbiolo drawn from select Barolo and Barbaresco sites. Grown on marl-rich soils and shaped by a Mediterranean climate, the grapes are hand-harvested and vinified with care, before ageing in oak for up to 20 months. The result is a wine with delicate floral notes, bright red fruit and a whisper of spice, finished with fine tannins and expressive depth. Enjoy alongside slow-cooked ragu, mushroom risotto or wild game.
