Hamilton Russell, Pinot Noir, 75cl

Hamilton Russell is the top producer of both Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the cool and beautiful Walker Bay. The wines have improved over the last decade with better clones planted and a concerted effort to isolate the very best aspects of the vineyards for each variety. Chardonnay is refined but has attractive, lightly tropical notes and real intensity. Pinot Noir is rich and full of dark berry fruit with just a hint of hung meat emerging.
