Langham Wine Estate, nestled in the Cretaceous chalk soils of rural Dorset, is a single-estate winegrower dedicated to cultivating the finest fruit and meticulously crafting characterful, complex, and expressive sparkling wines.

This Chardonnay-dominant blend is made exclusively from the estate's own fruit, offering elegance, salinity, and focus. It features aromas of freshly baked sourdough, hazelnut, apricot tart, and gorse, leading to a ripe and vinous palate with hints of lemon peel and cedar.

It pairs perfectly with fresh Dorset shellfish, particularly oysters.
