Using only natural elements and techniques to cultivate the healthiest of grapes, this clean white wine with a hint of green shades has a neat and gentle nose recalling white peaches, roses, white melon, Sorrento sweet lemon zest and freshly mown wild mint. The palate is intriguing showing a shy acidity of sweetened lemonade with a medium body, softened by age with a velvety and elegant taste of ripe Granny Smith.
