First introduced to the famous Kona District in the early 1800’s, coffee has endured as Hawaii’s most-revered growing region ever since.
This 100% Kona Coffee was produced by the Gillette family on their small farm and micro-mill in the Keopu-Mauka, Kona on Hawaii’s Big Island. The slow-ripening coffee cherries are carefully harvested from the gentle, lower slopes of the majestic Mount Hualalai, an active volcano.
Deceptively smooth with a creamy body, this medium roast, washed arabica is pleasantly nutty with notes of citrus and red fruits and a subtle caramel finish in the cup. Perfect for all-day sipping – from your morning your wake-up cup to an after-dinner treat.
