This limited-edition release has been carefully matured in a hand-selected American oak cask from Niepoort in Portugal, previously home to their exquisite Moscatel do Douro. After over four years of aging at Salcombe Gin’s waterside distillery, the gin maintains its original vibrant freshness, now enhanced by layers of sweet apricot, almond, and a rich, nutty complexity, reminiscent of Christmas fruit and nut cake.
