This year, we are collaborating with German bakery, Jens Gradel, from the heart of Dresden – also known as the home of stollen. Jens Gradel are a 3rd generation family bakery who have been making stollen since the early 1900s.
Beautifully rich, this buttery bread is firstly filled with a rich marzipan log and rum-soaked fruits, it is then coated in a light layer of sugar for a superbly sweet finish.
