Oonagh and Jenny Simms, sisters and founders of The Marshmallowist, have a flair for the adventurous, which is something that’s long been at the heart of Fortnum’s, and is maybe why we love this duo and their pillowy marshmallow teacakes quite so much.  

As the first producer of gourmet marshmallows in the UK, they’ve set the bar high. Insisting on careful sourcing and using real ingredients – not flavourings – you’ll find only fresh fruits, organic herbs and spices within their delicious wares. The result is classic confectionery with unexpected flavours.  

Whilst Oonagh whips up wonderfully delicious creations in the kitchen, Jenny runs the rest of the show, and importantly, this female run company actively promote the progression and upskilling of women at every level of the business, which we thoroughly applaud and relish the continued privilege of working with this progressive pair.
