Fortnum’s Single Vineyard Vidiano, 75cl

Vidiano is a white grape variety indigenous to Crete, and this single-vineyard expression, made exclusively for Fortnum’s by the Lyrarakis family, has great texture and bright acidity, thanks to the vineyard’s location 600 metres above sea level. In the glass, the wine releases perfumes of spice and nuts, followed by honeydew melon, peach and apricot on the palate and a long, mineral finish. Pair with zucchini, okra, fattier fish such as salmon or halibut, or grilled chicken.
