Chardonnay Woolsey Road Vineyard David Ramey, 75cl

This 100% chardonnay is crafted on the northeast-facing slopes of the Russian River Valley in California. The grapes are pressed as whole clusters for phenolic delicacy and native yeast and full native malolactic fermentations take place in barrel, with sur lies bâtonnage. After 20 months in 20% new François Frères French oak barrels, the Chardonnay is traditionally fined for clarity and texture and bottled without filtration.
