Made using fresh rhubarb sourced from The Rhubarb Triangle, a 9-square-mile area of West Yorkshire, famed for producing some of the best rhubarb in the world. Naturally bold in colour and taste, this tangy yet sweet preserve can only be produced for a few fleeting months of spring. A must-have accompaniment to hot-buttered toast, the zingy fruit-filled preserve is also delicious dolloped on crumbles, layered in sponge cakes, or simply paired with yoghurt.
