Featured in our very first Fortnum's Cook Book, this Scottish Tablet really is a knock-out. Produced by an award-winning confectioner, this golden, crumbly wonder has been handmade from start to finish in a carbon neutral log cabin located high in the hills of the Scottish Borders.

Carefully selected for its exceptional richness and flavour, lightly salted butter combines with filtered, hill spring water to form two deliciously buttery, melt-in-the-mouth slabs with a wonderful caramel-like aroma.

Pairs wonderfully with a dram of Fortnum’s Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky.

Suitable for vegetarians and made without artificial preservatives.
