Fortnum’s fudge is a fine thing indeed. Lovingly made by hand to a traditional recipe, the simple ingredients – sugar, butter, syrup, milk – are boiled in copper pans the old-fashioned way. The resulting melt-in-the-mouth confection is deliciously creamy, with that essential crumbly-yet-soft texture that makes fudge so very moreish.
