Domaine Raspail-Ay Gigondas, 75cl

From a respected family-run estate in the Southern Rhône, Gigondas Raspail-Ay is made with fruit from 40 year old vines and a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. Vinified in cement and aged in large old oak barrels, this red is bottled with minimal handling to retain its natural character. The result is a wine with depth, structure and refined balance - an excellent example of the Gigondas appellation.

Pair with roast lamb, wild boar, or hearty Provençal stews. Also complements aged cheeses and grilled vegetables with Mediterranean herbs for a rustic, satisfying match.
